Position Title: Residential Child &amp Youth Care WorkerLocation: Campbell River, BCJob Status: Casual (on-call)Position Start Date: ASAP Position Overview: We are looking for self-motivated and enthusiastic individuals who possess excellent teamwork skills to join our team. This position will provide care for youth with moderate to severe behavioral needs, 24 hours a day/7 days a week, in a residential setting. This position will provide support in all areas of living through participation in home and community based activities. Current Openings: Casual (on-call) staff are hired on an ongoing basis and are assigned to programs as needed. Here's what you can expect: Casual employees are expected to be available for a minimum of 2-3 shifts per week according to program needs. These shifts may include day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts and stat holiday shifts. Applicants must be comfortable dealing with moderate to severe behaviors.
