The successful candidate will work closely with the incumbent Manager over the course of the next 18 months to ensure a smooth transition. Reporting to the Freshwater Director, the Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent and efficient production of excellent quality salmon smolt and managing projects while maintaining a safe and environmentally sustainable work environment.
