Building Caretaker Needed

Seeking a building caretaker to manage a 50 unit apartment complex in Campbell River. Key responsibilities: - Showing units to prospective new tenants - Coordinate tenant move in/move out activity - Suite inspections, as needed or requested by owner - Answering emails and telephone calls from residents and assisting after-hours as required such as attending emergency calls - Scheduling trades people for maintenance and repairs based on maintenance schedule and for emergency/unscheduled repairs, when required - Perform minor plumbing repairs, light bulb changes, smoke alarm battery replacements, patching and painting and other minor repairs and building upkeep, as necessary - Vacuum hallways, empty common area trash cans Previous experience in building caretaking is an asset. $2,500 per month.
