He is super shy, and wary of people and his surroundings until he gets comfortable. Semi-social cats need a quiet, calm home with someone that is experienced in socializing these type. They are not cats that should go outside as their fearful and will/may run blindly then get themselves in a situation that could be harmful. Joshua is very sweet once he settles and gets used to you, but he will always want to run when he gets scared or something startles him. Most times, these cats are very close to their primary care-giver.
