Hi there I am a very kind and loving mother of 3 amazing children ages 9, 6 and 2. I was born and raised here in campbell river however made the move to the Okanagan for about 4 years before the pandemic hit and I felt it was necessary to come home and be closer to my mom. We've been caught in this rental crisis which has been exceptionally hard on families and single mothers like myself. I have been back a year now and have had many leads on places but with hundreds of much better seeming applicants we end up back on the searching side of things. I am an extremely good tenant with references to back that up and take amazing care of my homes, I absolutely love being outside and discovering all of campbell rivers hidden gems and being part of the community with my children, we enjoy hanging out at the beach, walks on the seawalk and any trail we find, we attend a lovely church here in town which have become our family. Rent is always paid before the 1st. I know this is asking quite alot given it seems like we are a large family however my 2 school aged children prefer sharing a room and my youngest i nurse to sleep with me so anything from a 2 to 3 bedroom place would be more than perfect for us given the opportunity. I'm praying for a miracle because we are really deserving of a home suited for us just as your deserving of the best tenant. Thanks for your time and consideration, I hope to hear from you.
