GUEST SERVICE AGENT Comfort Inn &amp Suites, Campbell River, is seeking to add enthusiastic individuals who will thrive in a team oriented and charismatic environment. GUEST SERVICE AGENT The Guest Service Agent position entails being the first point of contact for all guests arriving and departing from the hotel. This includes checking guests in and out, answering the phones, booking reservations and coordinating guest stays and requests while at the property. The position would consist of shifts from 6:45 am-3:00 pm,12:00 8:00 pm and from 2:45 pm-11:00 pm on weekdays, weekends and holidays. We are looking for someone who is friendly and positive, with an easy to approach demeanor. The candidate must be comfortable using computers and able to multitask in a busy environment. This person should be physically able to assist guests with luggage &amp able to find creative solutions to problems as they arise. Flexibility to work the shifts as described above is a must.
