Arguably the most gorgeous, rarest and sought after of the classic RV motorcoaches. This coach is #264 of 1052 coaches produced in Santa Clara CA., between 1973-1976. I am listing this for a friend, Al Braybrook, a now retired former commercial truck-driver, who also lives here in on Vancouver Island, (Campbell River, BC. Canada) where #264 is currently waiting for her new owner and next adventure. These 29-ft. coaches are wonderful retro ‘time-machines’ and when set up correctly, with their 4-wheel independent suspension, 33-foot turning radius, wide stance and low drag coefficient, are an absolute joy to drive! They turn-heads wherever they go. I know, I’ve also owned one for nearly 15 yrs. Many celebrities have owned FMC’s; including, Clint Eastwood, Parnelli Jones, Mario Andretti, James Brolin & Carol Burnett, to name but a few. They cost as much as a new house back in the day. It’s estimated there could be 500 or so FMC’s still on the road in N. America - a testimony to their quality build, superior drivability, visual appeal, and parts availability.
