Naturally Pacific Resort offers an escape into Vancouver Island’s greatest outdoor playground. Located in Campbell River, BC with breathtaking mountain and ocean views, we will offer one of the premier hospitality experiences on Vancouver Island. Scheduled to open in January 2024 this destination resort will be complete with a 100-room luxury hotel, extraordinary dining, a luxury spa, an outdoor pool space, as well as a spectacular 18-hole golf course. In this exciting new role, the Door Attendant will have the opportunity to work with key industry partners to bring the resort and its amenities to guests for the first time! The Door Attendant is responsible for ensuring guests have a positive and memorable first impression at the Resort as well as a feeling of security. They will display a high-level of hospitality when opening doors to greet our guests. The Door Attendant will have a strong sense of safety and always remain aware of potential security risks. They will work as a team within the department to create a safe and seamless experience for our guests. A few things we are looking for in a new team member: • Ability to anticipate guests needs and requests. • Able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations. • Must be able to respond to emergency situations. • Strong communication skills • Adaptable and willing to take on necessary duties. • Strong guest service and teamwork skills. • 1-2 years of guest service experience. • 1 year of hospitality experience is preferred. • Previous experience in security would be an asset.
