Fully renovated 2008 36' 5th wheel with three slides. We lived in this unit for a year while we were looking for a house to buy, now its someone else turn to enjoy it. we just extensively renovated the inside and it is like brand new. All the original furniture has been removed so its open to set it up how you would like. The main living space has a two slides and creates a large indoor space. The living room has a custom live edge entertainment center that fits a 55" TV perfectly above an electric fire place, a domestic apartment-size fridge, a ceiling fan and a remote-operated exhaust fan. There is new custom LED lighting, brand new flooring, baseboards and paint throughout. The bathroom has all-new fixtures, domestic full size sink and custom vanity top. There is a separate toilet room, all seals on the toilet were just redone. The corner shower is very spacious with a skylight above. There is an apartment size washing machine and a 120V dryer. The bedroom slide fits a king-size bed perfectly, with lots of additional closet space for clothing and storage. The propane furnace works perfectly, hot water tank is propane or electric and works great, it's big enough for a nice long shower. The air-conditioner was just serviced and works great. It has a huge pass-through storage space accessible from the outside, as well as a storage space in the front. New 55amp power converter and two new interstate batteries installed (2022). The power awning isn't perfect its been repaired however it is fully functional. the outside of the trailer has a few spots where the decals are peeling but it is generally in great shape and completely watertight. It also comes with a 30A and a 50A power chord.
