Very sound condition, everything works except furnace. Needs a new battery. Awning structure good but canvas is brittle. Have lived in it 1.5 yrs, so has lots of shelves for extra storage. One slide out in living area. Has hitch which will soon be brought up from Duncan. Trailer is in Black Creek
